Christine O'Malley

Christine O’Malley is the Director of Operations. Since joining the firm in July 2014, she has played an integral role in developing and overseeing the firm’s administrative and operational processes. Christine graduated from the University at Albany with a Bachelor of Arts, where she focused her studies on English and Psychology.

With a passion for improving efficiency and strengthening the way teams work together, Christine oversees the firm’s internal operations, including workflow development, process improvement, technology implementation, and coordination across departments. She is committed to finding innovative ways to streamline operations, improve communication, and create systems that allow the firm and its teams to operate as efficiently as possible.

Rather than pursuing law school, Christine chose to build her career within the firm, developing extensive experience in administrative and logistical operations and taking on a variety of roles along the way. Her hands-on approach and understanding of the firm’s day-to-day operations allow her to identify opportunities for improvement and turn them into practical solutions.

Born and raised in Upstate New York, Christine enjoys spending time outdoors with her dogs, camping, making homemade sourdough creations, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
