Jason Zack

Jason J. Zack is an attorney specializing in Workers’ Compensation. He received his Bachelor’s Degree from SUNY Potsdam in 1999 and his Juris Doctor Degree from Albany Law School, Union University in 2002. Jason’s entire career has been dedicated to the interests of injured workers; his desire to do so stemming largely from his grandfather’s work-related injuries. Jason left a long-standing partnership to join the Law Firm of Alex Dell in January 2025 to better serve injured workers. Jason prides himself on ensuring that his clients have a solid understanding of the legal system and what to expect during the legal process. Jason is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Injured Workers’ Bar Association. Jason lives with his family in Western New York where they enjoy many athletic and outdoor activities.
